Dance Dress Code

A dress code ensures that a teacher will be able to see a dancer’s alignment and positioning. The teacher needs to be able to see a dancer’s mistakes. Baggy clothing can cover bad habits, making corrections impossible. No jewelry is to be worn in any dance style, at any level.

A dress code will help teach students discipline, helping with overall focus and energy. Like a school uniform policy, a dance dress code can create unity among the dancers, give classes a unified look, and minimize distractions.

At Ignyte Performing Arts Learning Center, we believe the following dress code helps students set up for success, and have a sense of belonging and identity,

Our Philosophy:

Happy Children and Happy Parents

The Mission of the Ignyte Performing Arts Learning Center is to Give Endurance, Build Character, and Leave a Legacy while educating children through Music, Art, and Dance.
