Ignyte Performing Arts Learning Center

Ms. Chelsea has danced since she was seven years old, training in many styles, including Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Salsa, Modern, Lyrical, and Contemporary.  She has taken and passed the Royal Academy of Dance Grade Exams completing the Grade 8 Award.  She graduated from the Osceola County School for the Arts (OCSA) as a dance major and received her Arts Endorsement studying Ballet and Modern.

Ms. Chelsea has been performing for years in such things as: “Viva Osceola”, “Discover Your Beauty Fashion Show”, “St. John Episcopal Church Caribbean Fests”, and “Osceola County Dance Gala” to name a few.  Ms. Chelsea is attending Valencia College and will soon transfer to the University of Central Florida as a Health Science major with the hopes of becoming a Pediatric Oncologist.

This is Ms. Chelsea’s second year at Ignyte and we’re thrilled to have her back!  She will be heading up our Ballet Department.

Ms. Trini began dancing at 8 years old as a self-taught Hip-Hop dancer, putting her own moves to Michael Jackson and Chris Brown.  She graduated from the Osceola County School for the Arts (OCSA), where she learned how to dance Ballet, Modern, and Jazz. Ms. Trini is the Dance Captain in charge of the Young Thriller Company for Michael Jackson Impersonator, Tejai Sullivan.  She was in the music videos for, “Make It Loud” by Martha Munizzi, “Insane”, by RJ4L featuring Yanel, “World Cup” by Pitbull and Jennifer Lopez, and “Lovestrong 2012 Anthem”, for City of Life Church.  She was recently cast in a Concept Video, “I’ll Show You” featuring the choreography of Matt Steffanina. Ms. Trini is currently majoring in American Sign Language Interpreting, but intends to make dance her career.  We’re delighted to have her back on the Ignyte Staff this year!  She is taking over our Hip-Hop Department. Mr. Jolty is a self-taught Breakdancer who has been training for ten years and is a member of Backyard Funk.  He performed for the troops at Fort Drum Military Base in New York State.  He’s been around the United States and other countries, for Breaking competitions.  In Europe, he represented America in a Breaking event.  He made the World Finals two years in a row during Freestyle Session, a notorious yearly B-Boy competition.  Mr. Jolty is a part of Mark Mero’s, “Champions of Choice” and “Meros Heroes”.  He has performed in, “Street Breakz” at Universal Studios and in a Disney Special Event, “Hip-Hop Mickey”.  He was in, “Blink the Door II” and “Blink the Finale” at City of Church.  He alsoappeared in, “Lovestrong Anthem 2012” for CoL and has appeared many times on their stage as part of Reckless Movement, their dance team. Mr. Erick started taking Latin dance lessons when he was 18 to stay in touch with his culture, to satisfy his curiosity, and to learn how to enjoy Latin dance music.  He is trained in Salsa, Bachata, and New York Style Salsa On2.  As he grew through dance, so did his goals and his vision to see the influence and fulfillment he has expressing through his passion.  He’s achieved his goal of developing his own character while being an amazing performer.  Mr. Erick has performed with Puerto Rican Power, Jose Alberto El Canario, and was in a music video for Oscar D’Leon.  Performing on stage, in front of large audiences, has helped boost his confidence and he’s hoping to help others in the same way.  He wants to help people find out what they’re truly made of through dance. Mr. Erick is accomplishing another goal by becoming a dance instructor and he’s looking forward to his students excitement as they experience dance together.  This is his first year at Ignyte, we’re pleased to have him with us!   Join him for :  Latin 1,    Latin 2/3,   &    Adult Latin.

Mr. Zack was involved in different competitions for the Arts and has received many awards and accomplishments, including Superior with Distinction.  He’s been a Worship Leader for City of Life Church for the past three years.  On the Worship Team, he sings, plays the Bass, Electric, and Acoustic Guitar(s).  He’s working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Theory.  This is his first year at Ignyte and we’re so thrilled he’s joined us!  Please make him feel welcome....  Join him for Little Spraklers Music,  Guitar 1,  Piano 1,   Music 1,  Vocals 1

Ms. Kelly began dancing at 5 years old at the June Claire Dance Center where she studied Tap, Ballet, and Jazz.  Under the training of Rochelle Martin, at Dance Fever Performing Arts, she continued training in Ballet and also trained in Pointe, Modern, and Contemporary. Ms. Kelly performed in the Ballet, “Cinderella” and “Peter Pan”.  She attended college at Suffolk Community College where she earned an Associates of Arts in Liberal Arts with a minor in Dance, and St. Joseph’s College where she earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Child Study.  She choreographed a “Linus and Lucy Remix”, “Grace Kelly”, “Mack the Knife”, “Zoot Suit Riot”, “Blue”, “Move Along” including many other numbers while attending St. Joseph’s.  She also continued to study Tap, Jazz, Modern, Ballet, and Musical Theatre. Ms. Kelly is a teacher at Mill Creek Elementary School and hopes to start a dance club for all kids to be able to express themselves through music, movement, and dance.  She’s new to Ignyte this year and we’re eager for her to begin, please make her feel welcome!  Join her for :  Tap 1,  Tap 2/3
